Meet Our Skilled Veterinarians

We are so excited to announce our new veterinarian (She/her) Dr. Ozuk. She moved to Arizona after graduating from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Ashley Lewis is a compassionate small animal Veterinarian whose main goal is to educate pet owners and work as a team to properly care for their pets. She graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011.

Doctor Motley graduated Sum Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Animal Science from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida in 2014.

Dr. Chelsea Garwood had the opportunity of working in the veterinary field from a very young age, allowing her to establish 15+ years total of experience at small animal hospitals, in research, and with zoologic species.

Dr. Richard Kappen has been a practicing veterinarian for more than 20 years. He grew up in Vestavia Hills and attended Auburn University to study Animal and Dairy Sciences. After working as a dairy farmer for many years, Dr.

Dr. Acevedo received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with Minors in Spanish and Biology, and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Nicole graduated from Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. After practicing in Westland, Michigan, for three years, Dr. Nicole joined the Air Force as a Public Health Officer. Dr.
